To produce a piece of work I meditate with your set intention in mind. By doing this I connect to my higher self and your higher frequencies and vibrational energy. I then see images, symbols and codes in my minds eye.
The next step is to scribble down what I see and it then takes several hours after that to pad out the original scribble. Channelling, embellishing and adding codes as I am guided until your unique piece is born. Finally we co-create and collaborate on colours that resonate and bring you joy.

The Process
This is a co-creation so that it is visually pleasing to you as well as containing energetic codes to activate your healing intention, so we will collaborate along the journey. The process can be carried out either online or in-person.
If you have any questions at all, at any point, please let me know. I want you to experience maximum connection and benefit from our journey together and I will do anything I can to hold the space you need for that to happen.
#1 Initial Discussion - The Practicals of Styling
In our first discussion I will invite you to: - Select a style that resonates with you from the examples below. - Think about the healing intention you want your art to vibrate - Think about the colour scheme that best represents that to you. A Note About the Importance of Intention Setting: This is a crucial part of the process. All my energy healing, whichever modality I am working with, is more powerful and meaningful when we journey together toward your desired outcome. My intention in our session will be to hold space for your healing, with honesty, integrity, unconditional love and compassion, and I will invite and guide you to set your healing intention with love and kindness to self. By consciously directing your thoughts and energy towards a desired outcome as if it was already a reality, it will indeed start to become your reality. May I therefore ask you to give this some consideration before our session.
#2 Channelling Session
Prior to our session I will spend an hour in meditation so that I am consciously operating at my optimum energy level of: Love – Creativity – Trust – Openness – Flow During our session we will firstly do a connection exercise involving breathwork, visualistion and release. We will then reconnect to your intention and investigate what that looks like for you. Please know that this is not a deep dive into emotions. It is a conscious connection to your intention. Do you feel it anywhere in your body? Is there a colour that comes to mind when you think of it? etc I will then begin channeling. I ask that you remain attached to your intention, holding it in your heart space, as I do this. The initial sketch and writing in this session does not take very long. Please note that the length of this session varies from person to person. Please allow an hour as a maximum.
#3 After the Session
With your intention in my consciousness I continue to download information, energy and vibration as I work on your comission. I aim to have your digital work with you within a week for your approval and the physical piece with you as soon as possible thereafter. Please note that I will show you as the piece develops to ensure your satisfaction.
#4 You will Receive
- A digital version of your artwork - A physical piece of art in the product of you choice. - A recommended frequency to listen to whilst meditating with your art.
This art can be used in your mindfulness and meditation practices by displaying it in your zen space. It can be displayed in a place you want to amplify you healing intentions for yourself or others.
Use it in a community or work place to share and amplify your healing intentions for others.
For healers or therapists use it in your treatment space as an energetic amplification tool.
